This fanric is knitted in double 60s cotton yarn ,the yarn was merecerized before knitting and the fabric was mercerized when finshing . The real double mercerized cotton single jersey should have two times of mercerized finshing ,and must use double twisted yarn beacause two yarn twisted together can increase the strength ,single yarn can’t be the true mercerized fabric .
