Jacquard scuba knit is one of double face knitting fabric which is knitted in double face circular knitting machine . It have two face ,each side can knitted in different yarn ,and a middle yarn (polyester or nylon filament yarn) tie two face yarn together .
Jacquard scuba can make the fabric face have different pattern . In the same fabric weight scuba fabric is thicker than another kind of double fabric fabric called interlock because of it’s middle yarn construction . Scuba knit fabric is more like sadwich . You can see it’s middle yarn very clearly from it’s cross section .
Siematex have it’s own knitting circulat machines in different guage . Our machines can knit different kinds of scuba include 100% polyester scuba ,RT scuba ,viscose and nylon scuba knite ,and so on .
Fabric weight can be 220GSM to 450GSM .
Normal ,color fastness of washing for our polyester scuba fabric with spandex is 3-4 grade. Color fasntess to crocking in wet can reach 3 grade . If you requir better colorfastness ,we also can do it . Our color fasntess to washing and staining can reach 4 grade . But good color fastness in a higher price .
